The first visit to a doctor’s office can be intimidating, especially for kids. Your first visit to Buttram Orthodontics will be totally pain-free, and maybe even fun!
You’ll be welcomed by our team as soon as you walk in, and we’ll start getting to know each other. Then, our orthodontic treatment coordinator will take some digital photographs of your teeth.
We may also take some X-rays. These images are the best way for us to see your teeth, jaws, and facial soft tissue.
After reviewing your records, Dr. Buttram will join you in a private consultation room to discuss your individualized and unique treatment plan. He’ll point out specific problem spots and show you what kind of corrections you can expect by showing photos and videos of similar cases.
He’ll take the time to answer any questions you may have and work with you to decide what kind of treatment is best for you.
Dr. Buttram and his assistant will then walk you through the process. They’ll explain everything from scheduling to comfort, to finances and payment options. You’ll get answers to all your questions.
Taking the Next Step
Once you feel like we've answered all of your questions and concerns, you can start your treatment that same day. We value your time and we know you want to make the most of your visit.
Your treatment will require appointments every six-eight weeks. We value the relationship we’ll build with you and your family during this process and want you to feel confident that you are getting the best orthodontic care possible.
